Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and protective padding to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated service center for inspection.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
